Day 57. Seabird 22.8.26

Easy day today. The new medication Mark is taking is making him cough even more as it clears his chest, so not a lot of sleep was had. He was better when up and about in the sunshine.

We had lunch at the Tavern and watched the AFL and not much else.
There's now only 1 other guy here from our tour.
Really enjoyed my parmi. 

Todays temperature range was 9-19° Tonight it is windy and we had a bit of rain.
